Abstract
A fast Sonogashira reaction of various aryl halides (X=I, Br, Cl) with alkynes in the presence of 3 mol% of PdCl2(PPh3)2 and 3 eq. of TBAF under copper-, amine-, and solvent-free conditions afforded the coupled products in moderate to excellent yields.
