Abstract
Pd(OAc)2/DABCO/TBAF was found to be an inexpensive and efficient catalyst system for Hiyama cross-coupling reactions of aryl halides with aryltrimethoxysilanes. The coupling of a number of aryl halides with aryltrimethoxysilanes afforded the corresponding cross-coupled products in good yields.
