Abstract

Rhodium-catalyzed transannulation of N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles with vinyl ethers enables the synthesis of mono-, di-, and trisubstituted pyrroles. Furthermore, the developed methodology was applied in the formal synthesis of neolamellarin A, an antitumor agent.
