Abstract
A binary acid accelerated oxidative radical annulation of sulfonyl hydrazones with simple olefins provides six-membered heterocycles. The method offers a rapid and efficient approach to tetrahydropyridazines which are key structural motifs in pharmaceutically active compounds.
