Pd(PPh3)2Cl2/Ph3P catalyzes a reaction of propargyl acetates with 1.2 equivalents of an organoaluminum reagent in the presence of K2CO3 in THF to produce tri- or tetrasubstituted allenes in good to excellent yields and high regioselectivities at 60C.
