Abstract

Dirhodium-catalyzed intramolecular nitrene insertion into sp3 C-H bonds enables a regio- and diastereoselective synthesis of N-unprotected pyrrolidines at rt without external oxidants, nitrene stabilizing groups, or directing functionality.
