Abstract
An efficient, copper-catalyzed [3+1+1] cycloaddition reaction of nitrones and α-acidic isocyanides enables the synthesis of pharmacologically interesting polysubstituted pyrroles. The reaction features wide substrate scope, good functional group tolerance, and operational simplicity.
