Abstract
A Cu-catalyzed oxidative C-N cross-coupling and dehydrogenative N-N formation sequence of readily available isatoic anhydrides, aryl amines, and aryl boronic acids under an air atmosphere affords indazol-3-one derivatives in good to excellent yields.
