Abstract
Visible-light-induced B-H insertions of HBpin with acylsilanes proceed in an atom-economical, metal-free, and operationally simple way with broad substrate scope under mild reaction conditions, to provide important α-alkoxyorganoboronate esters in quantitative yields.
