Abstract

An efficient Pd(OAc)₂-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of α-iminoesters at 1 atm hydrogen pressure and room temperature provides chiral α-arylglycine fragments, which are widely found in many chiral products and bioactive molecules.
