Abstract
Electronically tunable cyclopentadienyl ligands enable a unprecedented Rh-catalyzed enantioselective [4+1] annulation reaction of benzamides and alkenes with a broad substrate scope under mild reaction conditions, providing a variety of isoindolinones with excellent regio- and enantioselectivity.
