Abstract
Ring-expansion transformations of vinyl aziridines are widely used to give various medium or larger N-heterocycles of synthetic interest. (CuOTf)2·toluene catalyzes a ring expansion of vinyl aziridines to 3-pyrrolines under mild conditions (THF, rt).
