Abstract

Chiral dinuclear rare-earth metal complexes stabilized by Trost ligands displayed high reactivity in the asymmetric hydrophosphonylation of α,β-unsaturated ketones in the presence of (1S,2S)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine as additive. Various hydrophosphonylation products with excellent yields and very high ee values were obtained.
