Abstract
An iridium-catalyzed diastereo- and enantioselective [4 + 1] cycloaddition reaction of hydroxyallyl anilines with sulfoxonium ylides provides 3-vinyl indolines in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities under mild reaction conditions.
