Abstract

A (NHC)AgCl complex catalyzes an efficient hydroborylation of cyclopropenes with B₂pin₂, delivering a variety of cyclopropylboronates in a stereoselective manner under mild reaction conditions. The cyclopropylboronates can  easily be transformed into functionalized cyclopropanes.
